Singapore Visa for UAE Residents — Apply from Dubai

Most do, with one exception: UAE nationals (Emirati passport holders) enter visa-free for up to 30 days. UAE residents of visa-required nationalities — including Indian, Egyptian, and many others — need a Singapore entry visa. It is decided by your passport nationality, not your UAE residency, and there is no self-service e-Visa: the application is filed through an authorised visa agent appointed by the Singapore mission.

A UAE residence visa does not by itself grant entry to Singapore — your passport nationality determines whether you need a visa. Emirati passport holders are visa-free for 30 days; other nationalities must obtain an entry visa first. You apply as a UAE resident, providing a valid UAE residence visa and Emirates ID, and a longer-validity residence visa strengthens the application.
