Singapore Visa for Kyrgyz Passport Holders in Dubai

Kyrgyzstan appears on Singapore’s official list of countries whose nationals require a visa to enter. An ordinary Kyrgyz passport therefore needs a Singapore entry visa for any visit, and there is no self-service e-Visa route a Kyrgyzstani traveller can use alone.

Singapore operates a sponsor-based visa system for visa-required nationalities, including Kyrgyzstan. The application must be submitted electronically through ICA’s SAVE system by an ICA-accredited authorised agent, a registered strategic partner, or a local contact in Singapore. The agent accesses the secured ICA portal, uploads the documents and submits on your behalf — an unaccredited agent has no access and cannot submit at all.

On approval, ICA issues an electronic In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter instead of a passport sticker. Print it and carry it with your Kyrgyz passport; the entry visa lets you seek entry, and ICA grants the Visit Pass — commonly up to 30 days — at the checkpoint.

ICA requires every supporting document in English, and Kyrgyzstani applicants typically hold documents in Kyrgyz or Russian. Beyond translation, a clear UAE income and savings record is one of the strongest parts of the file for Kyrgyz applicants.

Kyrgyzstan, as a Commonwealth of Independent States member, is eligible for Singapore’s Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF). The VFTF is transit-only — up to 96 hours — and applies only if you hold a valid visa or long-term pass for Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, the UK or the US. A UAE residence visa does not qualify, and the VFTF never covers a normal visit. For any Singapore visit, a Kyrgyz passport holder needs the standard entry visa.
