To engage our services, you must complete the following process:

  1. Enquiry: Contact us via our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone to discuss your visa requirements.
  2. Consultation and quotation: We will assess your eligibility, outline the requirements, and provide you with a service quotation detailing the scope of work.
  3. Confirmation and payment: Upon acceptance of the quotation, you will be required to make a payment as outlined in the quotation. Service commencement is subject to receipt of payment.
  4. Document submission: You must provide all required documents in the format and within the timeframe communicated by our team. Delays in document submission may affect processing timelines.

  6. Tracking and delivery: We track your application and notify you of the outcome. Approved visas are delivered or made available for collection as agreed.

By engaging our services, you confirm that all information and documents you provide are true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information may result in visa refusal and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

Our fees comprise two components: our professional service fee and any applicable third-party fees (including embassy fees, visa centre fees, courier charges, and other disbursements). The specific fees applicable to your application will be communicated to you in your quotation. For detailed pricing information, please contact us directly.

  • All fees are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is due as specified in your quotation and must be received before we commence work on your application, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, credit card, and debit card. Other payment methods may be available upon request.
  • Third-party fees (such as embassy and visa centre fees) are set by the relevant authorities and are subject to change without notice. We will inform you of any changes that affect your application before proceeding.
  • Our service fee covers the professional consultancy work performed by our team. It is separate from and in addition to any third-party fees.
  • VAT or other applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with UAE law, where applicable.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund provisions are detailed in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By engaging our services, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in that policy.

In summary, cancellation eligibility and refund amounts depend on the stage of processing at the time of cancellation. Embassy and visa centre fees paid to third parties are generally non-refundable once submitted. Please refer to the full Cancellation and Refund Policy for complete details.
