Singapore Visa for Egyptian Passport Holders in Dubai

Egypt appears on Singapore’s official list of countries whose nationals require a visa to enter. An ordinary Egyptian passport therefore needs a Singapore entry visa for any visit — tourism, business, family or a stopover. Singapore issues no self-service e-Visa to visa-required nationals, so there is no online-only route an Egyptian traveller can complete alone.

Singapore operates a sponsor-based visa system for visa-required nationalities, including Egypt. Under it, an applicant cannot lodge the visa independently. The application must be submitted electronically through ICA’s SAVE system (Submission of Applications for Visas Electronically) by an ICA-accredited authorised agent, a registered strategic partner, or a local contact in Singapore. A Singapore Overseas Mission can also accept applications, but for an Egyptian national in Dubai an accredited agent is the practical route.

This requirement applies regardless of where the Egyptian national lives. Whether you are in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or elsewhere in the UAE, the application must go through an accredited submitter — the agent has secured access to the ICA portal, uploads your documents digitally and submits on your behalf. An agent without genuine ICA accreditation has no access to the system and cannot submit at all.

ICA requires every supporting document to be in English. For Egyptian applicants this is the single most common cause of delay, because the documents that demonstrate your ties and finances are typically issued in Arabic. Arrange certified English translations before your file is submitted.
