Singapore Visa for Jordanian Passport Holders in Dubai

Jordan appears on Singapore’s official list of countries whose nationals require a visa to enter. An ordinary Jordanian passport therefore needs a Singapore entry visa for any visit, and there is no self-service e-Visa route a Jordanian traveller can use alone.

Singapore operates a sponsor-based visa system for visa-required nationalities, including Jordan. The application must be submitted electronically through ICA’s SAVE system by an authorised visa agent appointed by a Singapore Overseas Mission, a strategic partner, or a local contact in Singapore. Only these channels can lodge applications in the SAVE portal — which is why any provider you use must submit through one of them, and unofficial websites selling a “Singapore e-Visa” are not legitimate.

On approval, ICA issues an electronic In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter rather than a passport sticker. Print it and carry it with your Jordanian passport; the entry visa lets you seek entry, and ICA grants the Visit Pass — commonly up to 30 days — at the checkpoint.

ICA requires every supporting document in English. Jordanian civil and employment documents are typically issued in Arabic, so a certified English translation is the most common cause of delay when overlooked. UAE-issued documents you already hold can reduce how much needs translating.
