Air Arabia Abu Dhabi will launch non-stop flights between Abu Dhabi (AUH) and Aleppo, Syria from 7 July 2026, operating three times a week. Aleppo becomes the low-cost carrier’s second Syrian destination from the capital, and the airline will separately raise its Abu Dhabi–Damascus service to a daily flight from 1 July 2026.

Abu Dhabi–Damascus rises to a daily service from 1 July 2026

From 7 July 2026, the new service operates as flight 3L 456, departing Abu Dhabi at 09:00 and arriving in Aleppo at 11:30 local time; the return, 3L 457, leaves Aleppo at 12:30 and lands in Abu Dhabi at 16:50. The flights run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, giving travellers a direct option between the UAE capital and northern Syria. Separately, Air Arabia Abu Dhabi will increase its existing Abu Dhabi–Damascus service from four flights a week to a daily operation from 1 July 2026.

What it means for travellers

The Aleppo launch is part of a wider reopening of UAE–Syria air links. Air Arabia resumed non-stop Sharjah–Aleppo flights earlier in the month, so with Damascus and Aleppo now served from both Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, the group is among the most active UAE carriers on Syrian routes. For travellers based in the UAE, the additions add direct frequencies and a second northern-Syria gateway alongside Damascus. Tickets are available through Air Arabia’s website, call centre and travel agencies; the airline has not published introductory fares for the route.
