flydubai Resumes Direct Dubai–El Alamein Flights — June 2026

The route returned on 20 June 2026 and currently operates five times a week, with flydubai planning to step the service up to a daily operation during July. Flight FZ 185 runs from Dubai International (DXB) to El Alamein International Airport (DBB), with FZ 186 operating the return; flydubai’s schedule lists a departure from Dubai at 12:15 and a flight time of about four hours. El Alamein, on Egypt’s Mediterranean North Coast (Al Sahel), is a summer leisure destination, and the service links it to Dubai and, through Dubai, to flydubai’s wider network.

flydubai first launched the Dubai–El Alamein route in the summer of 2025, when it said it was the first UAE carrier to offer daily flights from Dubai to the North Coast destination. The route runs seasonally over the summer months, and its return for 2026 comes as Gulf carriers expand their summer links to El Alamein, which Egypt has been promoting as a growing Mediterranean resort area.
