Every applicant for a Philippines tourist visa from Dubai must submit the following core documents. These requirements apply regardless of your nationality or employment status.

8. 8Employer No Objection Certificate (NOC): On company letterhead, signed by HR or a senior manager. Must state your name, designation, monthly salary in AED, your approved leave dates, and a confirmation that your position is retained upon return. Dated within the last month.
9. 9Confirmed return flight reservation: A round-trip flight booking between Dubai and the Philippines showing your outbound and return dates. Refundable or flexible tickets are recommended until your visa is approved — do not purchase non-refundable tickets before receiving visa confirmation.
10. 10Hotel booking / accommodation confirmation: Reservation confirmations covering every night of your planned stay in the Philippines. The booking should be refundable or flexible. If staying with family or friends, provide an invitation letter from your host (see below).

Students in the UAE

• Enrolment letter from your UAE university or college — confirming your current enrolment and expected graduation date
• NOC from the institution confirming approved leave and your return to studies
• Financial sponsor documents — if your tuition and expenses are paid by a parent or guardian, provide the sponsor's bank statements, employment letter, and a signed sponsorship declaration

Dependents and Housewives / Househusbands

• Sponsor declaration letter — signed by your spouse or sponsor, stating that they are funding the trip and taking responsibility for your stay
• Sponsor's employment letter and last 3 months' bank statements — demonstrating financial capacity to support both travellers
• Marriage certificate — if you are the spouse of the sponsor; must be an official document, with English translation if in another language
