Colombia Visa for Saudi Passport Holders in Dubai — Complete Guide 2026

This surprises many Gulf travellers. Colombia’s visa-free list includes the UAE, Oman and Qatar — but not Saudi Arabia. So while an Emirati neighbour enters visa-free, a Saudi passport holder needs a Colombia visa, obtained online before travel. Colombia has no visa-on-arrival for anyone.

Colombia grants a conditional exemption to eight nationalities (Cambodia, India, Nicaragua, Myanmar, China, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam) whose nationals can enter visa-free with a US or Schengen permanent residence permit or a US/Schengen visa valid at least 180 days.
