• Last 3–6 months UAE bank statements — must be stamped by your UAE bank. For Indian applicants, the Czech Embassy pays close attention to the consistency of salary credits, the frequency of large cash withdrawals, and whether your balance comfortably covers your trip cost.
• Indian passport and any previous Indian passports — if you have prior Schengen visas in an older passport, include copies. Prior Schengen travel history is a significant positive factor for Indian applicants.
• India address proof (if requested) — while not always required, having your permanent Indian address confirmed in your cover letter and employment letter is good practice.
